We hereby inform you on our privacy policy and how your personal data is handled. Your privacy is important to us and we respect and promise to protect it.
We collect and process your personal data which comprise, among others, your name, company, qualification, profession, birth date and place, UID number, social security number, contact persons, professional and/or home address, contact data (tel. number, fax, email, etc.), credit card and/ or bank information, order information, service request data, special client requests, feedback information, sound and video/ picture recordings where applicable, all information and data in direct relation to the above.
We will process your personal data for the following purposes: to provide the services you requested/ were agreed upon, to comply with legal and tax obligations and all other applicable and mandatory regulations, in relation to the protection of claims, for planning and preparation of events and performances, in order to procure services, in order to respond to requests for assistance, information and orders, in relation to possible audio/video recordings of our company building (with the exclusive aim of the protection of persons and property), to evaluate our services, other operations in relation to internal business functions, in relation to marketing purposes were applicable and consented to, for other operations in direct relation to the above mentioned.
The processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract or requests prior to entering into a contract, necessary for compliance with legal obligations, necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us; or, only in relation to our marketing operations, if applicable, based upon your explicit consent. Thus, processing is lawful in relation to Art. 6 of the Regulation.
We ask only data information that is necessary in relation to the above-mentioned purposes. Your refusal to apply with our requests for certain data categories may result in us not being able to provide the services requested.
Every change to your data should be communicated to us as soon as possible in order to allow us to provide you with the best service we can offer. Also, for legal reasons and in relation to the above mentioned Regulation we are compelled to ensure that our data collection is up to date, complete and correct, therefore we ask you to ensure that the data submitted to us is accurate, thorough and up to date.
Your personal data is being processed by the controller or authorized employees. Data may be transmitted to processors and other people outside our organization who are necessary for the thorough and correct execution of the service requested as regards the above-mentioned aims.
Data will be stored only as long as necessary and in compliance with laws and regulations. Your personal data will be transferred to others only if strictly necessary with regard to the above-mentioned purposes or where necessary in order to comply with the law, obligations, regulations or authorities. Otherwise, your data will not be conveyed to anyone.

Pursuant to art. 15 of the Regulation you have the following rights:
the right to obtain access to your personal data, the right to request rectification or erasure of your data, as well as to object to and restrict processing of your data in the cases provided for;
the right to obtain your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
If you believe that the processing of the personal data concerning you is not lawful or have any other concerns regarding our data protection policy, please contact us. Other than that, you can obviously always contact the appropriate authority.
